This is the reason why the ACEBRON GROUP bases its business culture on TOTAL QUALITY, understanding and putting into practice the concept of quality not as a system, but as a philosophy in which all departments and aspects related to the organization of the group are implied.
A key factor of this philosophy is the joint work with suppliers and collaborators that share the quality standards of the group, as well as the use of the best technology of the market for the manufacture of our products. This strong investment in equipment turns MECACE, TALLERES ACESAN and ACEMETAL into referring companies of the sector, due to the amount of machinery and its specificity. This is the case of the 3D measurement equipment and laser tracker, which are almost unique in Galicia.
Among the processes and quality assurance procedures that we carry our, we highlight the following ones:
- Non-destructive testing (NDT). Carried out by qualified personnel with ultrasound equipment and yokes.
- DEA 3D measurement equipment and laser tracker.
- Verification of internal measurement equipment.
This continuous search of a total quality has allowed us to obtain the certification according to the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 standard.
